Real Estate

As in many areas of Polk Count, around 20% of Alden, WI residential real estate was built prior to the 1940s. The town expanded considerably between 1940 and 1980, with much new construction in these years. Fewer homes have been built in recent years, but new construction is appearing slowly and steadily. Alden, WI real estate includes smaller one bedroom housing as well as larger three and four bedroom family homes.
